A sneak peek of Hotel Paradiso: The First Cinema Hotel in Paris

The hotel industry is constantly evolving with the times, and the latest hotel concept to hit Paris will surely turn heads.

The Hotel Paradiso is dedicated to all cinema lovers out there. Once you enter the building, you’ll see the walls adorned with movie posters and photographs. You’ll spy movie-themed coffee table-books. You can sleep in a room that can easily double as your private cinema. It’s a film lovers’ bonanza that you can only experience in Paris.

Guests can enjoy breakfast in bed while watching their favorite films on TV or they can head to the connected six-screen theater by MK2. Just dial 007 to connect to the reception downstairs!

The Rooms

Each room is unique but they all let you turn your staycation rooms into a private cinema theater. The hotel has 36 rooms that all have a laser video projector and a 3-meter-wide screen that falls from the ceiling with a click of a button. All of this is controlled through the touchscreen tablet available in every room.

Each room also has a double bed, an option for a Playstation 5, and more than 2,000 films on their directory.

There are three types of standard rooms – Paradiso Room, Paradiso Superior Room, and Grande Paradiso Room. They mostly vary with the views or a balcony feature.

Their Junior Suite Paradiso also has a double bed and a view of the road below. But it also gives you a view of the screen from the bathtub. Wouldn’t that be absolutely amazing to catch your favorite movies while you’re sipping wine on the tub? I’d love that, please.

Suites are extra special in the Hotel Paradiso with the Suite Cinema and Grande Suite. It’s the ultimate experience for the film buffs out there. In addition to more space and a walk-in shower, you’ll get a private cinema room and direct access to whatever film is showing in the MK2 theater downstairs! The first film you see will be for no charge!

Other Features

In addition to their cinema rooms, the hotel also has the “La La Land” Karaoke where you can room, sing, and dance. For up to 10 people, you can sing your heart out to film soundtracks or karaoke favorites with more than 40,000 songs to choose from!

If you want a theater vibe but are still in a private setting, you can book La Loge. The private room has a view of the MK2’s largest cinema room with a bar and no one from the theater below will know you’re there! After hours, you can continue to watch all night or play Playstation 5 on the big screen.

For traditional cinema, there is the MK2 Nation’s six-screen cinema on the ground floor. On the rooftop, there is an open-air cinema with a glittering view of the city (and the Eiffel Tower!), only open during summertime.

If you love films or want to experience this cinematic lifestyle, book a stay with Hotel Paradiso! Stay in your room for a staycation or go out the streets of Paris, it’ll be worth it to have a room in the first Cinema Hotel. Enjoy!
