Amber, a 20-year mortgage industry veteran, had been quietly dreaming of opening a restaurant since her college days at Arizona State University — notebook in hand, jotting down ideas every time she dined out.
Mike, meanwhile, had his eye on a piece of real estate in downtown Chandler — a dilapidated pink auto body shop wrapped in barbed wire that most people would have walked right past.
On their 16th wedding anniversary, Mike brought up the restaurant idea again, and this time, Amber said yes — and that simple moment changed the trajectory of downtown Chandler’s dining scene forever. 🥂

The couple transformed the 7,700-square-foot space into an airy, Art Deco-inspired gathering place, partnering with Flagstaff Chef Fiona Nicholson to consult on a menu that is as intentional as it is delicious.
