The secret starts with owner Vic Briseno’s pizza heritage – his family has been perfecting their dough recipes at a pizzeria in Grants, New Mexico for over 20 years.
When Briseno brought these time-tested recipes to Albuquerque in 2018, he added something completely different: a massive board game library and the philosophy that dining should be social and entertaining.
The strategy worked because it filled a gap in Albuquerque’s dining scene. Customers weren’t just getting excellent pizza; they were getting an experience where families could disconnect from screens and reconnect over games.
