Top Review: “I have never found another pizza like Zaffiro’s. The pizza has an unmatched crispy cracker thin crust. Typically, I prefer thick crust, but Zaffiro’s is on a whole different level of thin crust compared to other thin crust pizzas, and it’s so good! The pizza is sliced into squares which makes it easy to share too. The inside of the shop has a lot of character which makes it a great ambiance while eating. There is also a bar inside!”Bianca J.

Their magic garlic brush on the crust is true to the name, magic! Plus they often have specialty pizzas  with truffle, delicious mushrooms, or specialty cheeses! So glad they opened their own location downtown and I don’t have to rely on the farmers market to get my pizza fix now.”Mik S.

Top Review: “Came here to celebrate a friend’s birthday and I couldn’t be happier. I have been here before, but it’s been a minute. I have been waiting patiently to enjoy the dill pizza, and ENJOY I DID. One of the best pizzas I have ever had. The crust, sauce, and toppings were delicious. My friend had a build your own pizza and loved hers as well. Our waitress was super kind and gave us our drinks for free when we experienced a long wait. She went above and beyond and we really appreciated her top notch service. The place was bustling but not too loud or uncomfortable. I love the atmosphere and highly recommend Transfer for anyone looking for a slice in a cool part of MKE.”Torrie B.

Top Review: “Balistreri’s has been consistently great for the well over 30 years we have been going there.  We have yet to find another restaurant that cooks the fried eggplant as well.  Not to mention the thin, but yet crispy, crust pizza, it’s the best!!  We have also had various pasta dishes (also very tasty) over the years but, we seem to gravitate to the tried and true eggplant and pizza meal. The staff is also very pleasant, many of which have been there for many years, the familiar faces are comforting. Especially Gina, one of the managers that has been there a long time, she’s always friendly and takes the time to come chat, even when they are slammed busy!”Dave S.
