Pair that with a beurre blanc sauce with a hint of lemon, garlic mashed spuds, and a julienned squash side that maintained the correct level of crispness without being watery. An excellent dinner. And just to round out the evening, my wife had one of the Mediterranean pizzas – no red sauce, just fresh garlic and EVOO on the crust. She topped it with meatball, pesto, and ricotta.
